Marmoset and Monkey Bolts
This is something I have been asked for for many years. Custom Monkey and Marmoset bolts. Same length and thread as the old stock Monkey and Marmoset 3/8" bolts but with a head to take a 17mm socket (rather than the old 9/16"). This allows you to use the same socket you use for your cassette hub.
But there is more. We also broached the centre for a 6mm Allen Key.
These will be available soon as spares and will eventually come stock on new hubs sometime in 2007.
OK. Three new entries in one day is my limit....
George

Hey g.
when you goin to make a street frame? & we need a g-sport cassette geez (like the khe hure hub). make one please! id buy one at 200 pound. sym hubs are made when ordered direct, couldn't you do the same & people will pay whatever. i like 13 tooth freewheels but dont last at all.

Hi Steve,
No plans for a frame of any sort under the G-Sport name... G-Sport will be concentrating on wheel related items, hubs, rims, spokes, guards, pegs etc...
No immediate plans for a cassette either I am affraid, but the freecoaster is in development...

Sweet bolts George...
Posted by: BMXICAN | December 3, 2006 08:55 PM
yo G are you going to make these style of bolts for the homers too? that would be fantastic!
Posted by: Cole | December 5, 2006 02:23 AM
Hi George - running my lsd homer, got it as soon as it came out all those years ago, shame about the rims its seen detroyed! The hubs still rolling stong!
Anyways, is there any prospect of a lsd freecoaster?? I dont know if it would be a huge change from a regular rsd freecoaster, i'd assume you'd flip the hub but oviously change the engagement system to compensate? I'm not too hot on mechanics, (did electrical engineering ya see)! I'm shopping for the new rim though soon as Custom Riders have one! Happy christmas and that! Tim

Posted by: jonny | February 7, 2007 10:47 AM
Hey G,
Been watching your web page for some time now, just currious if you could define SOON for me, I seem to have misunderstood this term for that whole time I guess? looking to see some of those PLEGS in my shop and would like to check the spokes out too, I love my two pet Monkeys, but looking to adopt a Marmoset and would prefer to put a cassette out back, but I guess I'll have to lower my standards to find one suitable to my taste. Anyway, keep up the good work.

you should make a cassette hub even though there is absolutely no reason to
Posted by: cb | March 19, 2007 09:35 PM
hey I know that u get this question all the time but when are the PLEGS going to be available? if u don't have an exact date maybe a estimate..... or just if you could email me when you guys are done with all the testing and ready to put them on the market that would be great thanks
